- Device model (MOONIX / MOONIX Pro)
- Phone model and OS version
- App version (Settings → About)
- Description of the issue or suggestion; attach screenshots if available
We typically respond within 1–3 business days. For urgent issues, mark your email as "Urgent" in the subject line.
